THANKKK YOU NEW MANAGEMENT/OWNERS!

My father and I have lived here since 2012, on and off(for me.) They had pretty terrible management for a little while but ... the new owners/management have worked very hard to make this a better place to live. Even went as far and having WIFI at the pool! I'm excited to see what they come up with next... also, anytime I've had a problem, they've done their best to go above and beyond to fix it. New Management!!

I have lived here for 8 years now.. I must say.. new mgmt is great!! A bit slow at first with transition.. to be expected... ... I love Tracy the new mgr as she listens and friendly with residents..Tracy in the leasing office is on top of things and super friendly as well. So nice to know.. they like people!! LOL.. Maintenance is fantastic.. LUIS is smart as heck and can do anything.. I had a few issues with my air.. he fixed it fast and EXPLAINED... what it was....The grounds look great.. Pool is blue and clear everyday... LOL.. (was not before 365) It is quiet here and the kids behave at pool or in the park... We have a dog and she loves the other dogs.. NO PITBULLS here!! YAY!! loves the walk on the grounds... Neighbors are quiet and very nice...and.. its SAFE.. I love that part.. I renewed my lease 2 month ago.. year # 9? wow! but i see a resident wrote a review who has been here 14 years!! Speaks volumes!! keep up the good work everyone and thank you again.. New Management!!

I have lived here in a 3 bedroom villa for 8 years now... I must say... New owners and Mgmt. doing a great job.. Was a bit ... slow at first transitioning... to be expected.. But The pool and grounds still look great.. many improvements coming I hear... Tracy the mgr. is super friendly and willing to listen and help everyone... They even had a party for the entire community.. free pizza.. desserts.. sodas etc... I met some new neighbors myself while I was there... Tracy is a PRESENT mgr..and am happy with her... Tracy the rental rep.. is amazing too! They both have 20 years experience in property mgmt. I heard... LUIS in maintenance is quick and smart! I called 3 times.. which is rare in 1 month.. air conditioner.. sink.. Got new kitchen faucets in 10 mins.. and Luis fixed the noise in my air and explained WHY.. it was doing it... I just saw a resident post that has been here 14 years!! wow.. They got me beat but residents staying here for years? speaks volumes!! Kids here are behaved... Neighbors are friendly and nice.. and.. its QUIET and SAFE here.. I LOVE it here and renewed my lease 2 months ago!!! Thanx everyone at Valiant!! Read More about New Management!!

Review

This place has been my home for over a year now and I really enjoy living here, looking forward to another year! The maintenance ... crew are very polite and know my dog by name (they probably don't even know my name haha.) The front staff ladies are incredible! I especially praise management for getting rid of Randy, she was the only bad stain here but now y'all are fresh, friendly and so helpful so I really think this property can only get better with her gone. I know we ALL really appreciate that much needed change. I also love the layout of my apartment as well as the clean pools, friendly neighbors and beautiful foliage! Great job new company!!
